my version would be: 1. go one and a quarter times faster than normal. 2. make sure that flip is floaty, go skywards while your bike begins its rotation is when to set your bars into your lap. 3. catch those bars 3/4th of the way through the rotation to get ready for landing. 4. ride away clean, get some high fives. p.s. bailing outta this trick is a trick in itself, commit!
