Not if you break it. Nothing is indestructible. My friend broke his carbon rim on his second ride. No big hits or crash. Imagine how bummed you'd be without a warranty after paying for a new bike. I've seen broken carbon frames before. Most manufacturers only warranty the original owner, a bummer for sure, but not much to be done about.
