I think you'll find it's the other way round. Santa Cruz own the paten right to the VPP linkage. Intense pay to use the same thing to in hind site intence are the copy cats.

the 2 valves are a great idea. i run it on my wheels. your right its a combination of tubes & tubeless. you put the tubeless in the tire along with a light weight tube in the other valve hole & pump the tube up as normal. then if you get a flat on the track the air in the tube will escape into the tire & keep the tire inflated with the tubeless. so boom the best of both.
