I currently have a giant xtc 1 with a cracked top tube that is basically unridable because it flexes so much. It got that way through a lot of abuse on trails, big six pack of dirt jumps and skate parks...Now that the giant is trashed I'm looking for a new free ride bike that I can do some races...

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of where I can get my hands on a new 2010 giant xtc 1 frame. I cracked the top tube on my current frame so it is basically unrideable. I checked with my local bike shop dealer to see if he could order me one straight from giant but he said they stopped...

I looked at that GT a little more and it looks like it has kind of what I want (thru axle, good rims and components, but no chainguide is the only bad thing). I bet it is capable of getting a guide though. The frame seems a little bulky and not very flickable either but for 2000 it could be...

For the reign, is it possible to run a single chainring up front with a chain guide on it? If so how easy is it to set up? Thanks for any feedback because I'm in dire need for a new bike that I can do it all with (but mainly jump and pound the piss out of)

would you take $2500 for the bike? I live all the way over in Wisconsin and would probably have to pay a lot for shipping.
