I may have overlooked it in the article, but the key point to this hardtail smasher is the 405mm rear chain stays. Super short rear end gives this bike a flick ability on par with most dirt-jumper setups. I'm running a "normal" 29er wheel setup on here and it's one of the funniest bikes I've ever ridden. I call it my "trail jumper" because of the maneuverability and with "normal" 29er wheels it climbs like an XC bike. The 29+ options is nice, but not really the key component of this bike.
