I had a similar issue with the exact same setup, i found 2 workarounds: - put the oil volume just below the bleed ports, I still don`t have any issues with too little oil in the damper/inconsistency. to prevent oil leaking out I also tilt the bike to one side and turn the fork 180deg with the bleed port pointed up - reduce HBO with the shimstack on the smashpot, I found the combination to be way too progressive resulting in almost never using full stroke, a lighter oil on nthe spring side would be an easier option without a...

First off: Great job on the Hazzard! Best shock I ever had on a bike For a new build I am considering the Bartlett. However I haven`t been able to find any reviews yet. Is there a coil version in the works like the ribbon? What is the reason to only have an air spring?

Oh and thanks for the help waffles, who knows maybe you are right about the 16kg. The bike is only going down anyway so 15/16kg who cares right!

Hi Alexander, I won't be able to weigh the bike right now now because the fork is out for service, but I'm pretty sure its quite a lot lighter than the 16kg Waffles says it should be. I will get back to you as soon as I have the fork back. However, weight was not my main priority for this build, the stiffness of the carbon wheels are way more important to me than saving a few grams. I only weighed it once and forgot about it again
