"How come most people/ pros are using metal pedals?" For Pro's it is sponsorship. They dont get sponsored to ride the cheap options. For regular people it is the bling factor IMO. I think a good composite pedal performs as good or better than a metal flat pedal. Its lights, slides over rock strikes making it less likely to catch, and transfers less energy from strikes up to the rider.

I have had a couple of nylon diety pedals and they are super hard to replace pins on. Almost makes them a throw way product. I had to move away from the brand because of the issue. These pedals look nice, but I would have to have a similar issue with them after dropping $170. Great looking pedals though

Well, its part of their brand identity, just like fox uses Orange, ohlins uses gold and formula has purple. 🤷

Is it worse than the Fox orange that they use on factory fork lowers? Regarding the green, it is used pretty sparingly, and doesn't look bad to me. However, I agree that the green isn't the easiest to match to a bike color
