I have Öhlins on a 2018 Enduro and have given up trying to set these shocks up. Big hits are fine and small bumps are OK but everything in between is punishing. Apparently there was a problem with a certain serial number range, I had it “repaired” but there was no difference. I tried contacting Öhlins direct, l left several messages for help or advice and received no response whatsoever. Moving on with a Fox or Rockshox set. I’d think twice about Öhlins- they need some work.
