Michael.odb .... if i may share my own experience too - I also switched to the SB5C coming from the SB66C ... I would say that it is the 5C is probably even a bit more capable mainly because of the bump absorption the new infinity system has. It actually has a more bottomless feel than the SB66c and allows me to be more confident in the rough gnarly stuff ... in fact i sometimes find myself searching for those gnarlier parts of the trails i usually just coz i know it can take it more. Just my 2 cents...
