I’ve been eating dirt since 2009 when my then boyfriend took me out on my first mountain bike ride since the days of streamers & three-wheels. A glutton for punishment, I went over the handlebars 8 times on that first run. Not exactly love at first bike, I really began to appreciate the steep learning curve of mountain biking at Silver Star Resort in Vernon, BC with two full seasons there before becoming a real dirt junkie.
