First few rides on a genre-busting machine. Learning it's nuances while trying to find it's limits, but instead kept coming up against my own.

I nearly shed a tear reading this. Vital is gitten' all growed up and stuff. Thanks for taking the time to spell it all out, after actually riding the bike.

I show up here to get stoked to ride. And I can't help but to notice the silly costumes, which makes me wonder out loud what gives.

Bike park riding is fun. But really--what's with the ridiculous costumes? Early morning shoot, still in his pj's?

This is about as big of a departure from the 'everyday Vital' that we know and love. But sometimes we need more than dirt jumps and World Cups, we need phat and wet, by god! Watch and see what I mean!

mikesee Added a new video Whizzler '11.

Ok so you guys must get heaps and scads of Whizzler vids. Ours is different. For one, we're old. Average age of the guys on this trip was 45. And for two, we're riding big, goofy, hoopty wheels. You know--twennyniners. Can't be done and all that, right? Riiiiiight.

It says a lot about a trail when a ripping rider like Noah is landing flat, getting stuffed on takeoffs, and just generally looking chunky on the bike. I and others appreciate the effort the trailbuilders put into new trails around the Grand Valley, but it's incredibly disappointing to non-beginner riders when they keep turning out like this.

Nice stuff. I was thinking that I'd never go all the way out there *just* to ride TB. But if I had to ride it three times in order to get it done once (as you did) well, that's different...

Always nice to see more big-wheeled content here on Vital--much appreciated. But (said in the most sincere and direct way possible) please catch up. 5" 29" bikes have been readily available for over 7 (yes, seven) years now. 'Short' stays are relative--please list the actual dimension instead of quoting the company line. Perhaps you need a 29" correspondent? It's an idea... Thanks, MC
