Perhaps, but it is really nice to be able to just go into a shop and buy a UDH when it gets damaged rather than having to order frame specific hanger.

Pretty sure that's still Horst. Just the chainstay pivot isn't completely inline at the end of the CS, its just been moved a little up.

The lack of UDH could really help or hinder them. Especially with very nice offerings from both Bird and Airdrop at the moment

Sorry, I don't remember. I tried to get a measuring tape on as many of the bikes as I could to see what the real numbers were, but I don't remember if I did or didn't measure the Canyon chainstay. I can say that I don't remember measuring the Canyon and being surprised by the number, so maybe it was 435? I can say for sure that it manualed noticeably easier than every other bike on test.

Were the chainstays actually 435? Or 442mm as measured by another large MTB platform?
