Yeah...I was wrong about a few things though, didn't realize builds were already in a different article. Forgot about the new XTR. I might put a sixC crankset on mine though, with renthal chainring (if that's possible). I'd rather have that. Ya.

The alum models look remarkably similar to the 2014. Must have spent all their time finally getting the carbon model going. For such a big market in trail bikes, and a big company like trek, I can't believe if took this long.

It's about time. The anticipation has been killing me. A 9.9 carbon slash. Right after I buy a 2014. Go ahead and spec a fox 36 on it out front, rs monarch out back, reverb dropper, xx1 drivetrain, xtr brakes, and carbon bontrager wheels and components on it why don't you trek. Callin the build now. Pike on the 9.8, fox 34 on the 9.7.
