I am a Full time Broadcast Camera Operator.
I travel the world filming all kinds of events including 3 Olympic games ,a football world cup and many other World Championships.
I love mountain biking and the reason I became a Camera Operator was New World Disorder 1. It blew my mind.

I now do a bit of work within the Bike Industry and my Clients have included Redbull New Zealand and now FOX HEAD Europe.

Big Companies Hire these Camera people and they shoot nice ,do their own editing and thats great BUT SOMEONE TEACH THESE VIDEO JOCKEYS ABOUT BASIC AUDIO MIXING! Holy crap the amount of videos that are ruined by crappy quiet audio on Interviews and Loud music. I hate having to ride audio levels when Im listening to someone talk. or get my head blown off by super loud tracks and then the mum in this story whispering. If your getting money for god sake do a good finishing jobs.

Sick riding and filming....... when you get around to it! its a 240 vid with the first minute filled with shots of the guy sleeping. I get establishing the story but come on it was a bit excessive.

Actual setup at the moment is m810 caliper with xtr lever. Super grunts brakes . For the picky ones.

im actually looking to tone it back. so ill stick with the flat black of the saints. going to do something new and moto inspired for the graphics once I get it to europe.

What? They may use it as a throw away timelapse camera. Other wise 15 fps is not much use to anyone. Plus there's plenty of other cameras out there than red. And many that do a better job. I hate how red has become a buzz word in the bike community just coz the Parkins and clay porter bought some.

$8000 of your American Dollars could build one of the most badass Zerodes the world has seen. Zerode G1 Frame and some killer parts!
