I ran some old Funn Viper pedals. I paid $60NZD for them, Bright pink! were the most awesome pedals i've ridden for flats. They loved the 510s! Straight line or burgtec would be my two options.

Hey there mate, I highly advise against the GX RD. There are many issues known with these Dérailleurs. The main one being a known SRAM issue, The dérailleur "pivot bolt" or hanger bolt, as this is a pivoting part it can work its way loose, creating super sideways play. I completely agree mate, I tie Sam hill with the D3 and D2 . Will be odd seeing him in an ugly Leatt Helmet Gives me a similar feeling to seeing Blenkinsop sitting in the start gate with gloves on! I almost feel sick!!!

Correct, the Code lever still had the classic Avid/Sram lever body flex. The guides still have this , but far less of it than that of the code lever - the Code calliper is far more powerful. Guides just suck.
