Fair enough argument, still not sure there is any benefit to the hydraulic system. Just introduces more complexity when it’s not necessary. Ockham’s razor.

When I had it hydraulic, it would freeze up when it's under 32 (yes, it gets that cold here in Nor-Cal) and I've heard from countless others having the same issue. I switched to cable and that solved it. ....as for "sub-zero" I'm not sure who/why anyone would ride at that temp! =)

What is with their insistence on hydraulic when cables work so so so so so well? I have a Reverb B! with the Wolftooth Sustain cable conversion and it's been perfect for 1,500 miles.
