I was friends with Jimmy Donahue, now at Rock Shox, when he worked for Darren at Romic and got to watch him assemble my personal shock from assembling the shim stacks to testing it on the dyno. Good times.

The front wheel was starting to tuck into turns because the wheel would lock up so easily; it was pretty difficult to get any kind of modulation.
