Had 2 X40s failing... The rim shoulders detached from the rim body after 10 months of use.... I'd like to mention that I did not abuse those rims (no big drops, I'm 80Kg rider), The first rim replaced by Loaded, the second one they did not replace. If you are buying Loaded X40s, you better have a spare set of wheels. For my case, I had to an idle non cycling period....

2 faulty X40 rims so far.... 10 months of (light) use. The rim shoulders just detached from the rim...

Carefully here... 2 of my X40 rims had failed after 10 months of use, in the same manner. The rim shoulders detached from the rim body.
