Had the same issue with the grease pushing past the seals. I needed some SRAM Butter/Slick Honey etc. but couldn't really find anything in stock so I bought this stuff called RSP Slick Kick. It feels like just another Slick Honey variant, but I used it on the OneUp dropper when I did a full clean, and interestingly it barely pushes past the seals unlike when I used SRAM butter. Maybe it's even lighter, not sure.

That's interesting. My 210 only started to get a tiny bit sticky after ~10 months. I fully dissasembled and cleaned it and it shoots up now. Unfortunately I do see the plastic bushing wear that JohSch mentioned. Mine also had a lot of sideways play from the start, pretty noticeable while climbing. I think it's also starting to develop a bit of "back and forward" play. I'm also starting to get a creak from the seatpost area. I fully cleaned the seat tube and it's still there, starting to think it's the post itself. Might try an oversize pin kit...
