Hey there - just viewed your review of the Norco Fluid FS1 - great review. I'm inbetween sizes as well. I'm 5ft9.5in so marginally taller than you. I'm also lighter (I ride road as well) at 167 pbs. Like you I'm used to "shorter" MTBs and have tested the New Trance 29er in a Medium - that has almost the same geometry as this Norco. Norco has me as a Large on their size chart - test rode a large and it felt pretty big / long with 470mm reach and much longer wheel base. The Medium felt poppier and...
