Thanks, I was inspired by Rocky Mountain Pipedream bike made specially for Wade Simmons in 2017, as an old school MTB guy I felt like I need something like this in my life lol

Yeah, I'm aware of most of it. To be honest it might make sense to just hit up a local anodizing supplier and ask them if they can dot he stripping. They should probably have the means to do it as pre-ano raw material prep anyway.

I don't really want to recommend this process as it's dangerous and can end up bad for unexperienced hands, most of sink unblockers contains this and on the label you can find an information to not use it for aluminium pipes, it simply melts the aluminium so it needs to be done properly otherwise you can loose (literally) your components or hurt yourself as it's a highly corrosive chemical. I'm pretty sure you can find some how to vids on YT about that process

It's clear coated raw aluminium, it's been anodised from factory so easy removal with sodium hydroxide as well as other components that are now in raw

It's galfer 223mm rotor, I couldn't fit Magura caliper with 203 rotor so I've tried with galfer and I had plenty of adapters to match
