Thanks for the wonderful review Kevin, we truly believe in our new helmet. As the product manager of 661, a few things I'd like to explain. The BoA dial on your tested proto helmet is not going on production models specifically because of this problem. We encountered it too in testing, and put the BoA wheel on a diet. If you look at the black/gray helmet photos at the top of the review, you will see a different BoA wheel that is slimmed down / sleek to ward off attacks from your hydration pack and will come on all production...
