Am i correct in saying you replaced every single part on your bike? Only the frame is still original as far as I can tell

Awesome bike!! I have the same frame, and I want to fit the same dropper post, the stealth version. Did you have to drill any holes? if so, where? Or did you simply remove the bottom bracket, and push the cable up in the stem tube? Please let me know
