You know griffin you've been riding a long time. I would have thought you'd appreciate how far the lowly xt group has come. Some of us aren't wrenchers for life so if we have to replace something xt will do just fine. Now go hold court on PB.

A couple of guesses on parts- Cook bros. cranks, Ringle seat post same as hubs and stem ( got to love the 150mm with a 30 degree rise), maybe a Paragon chainring, a set of rims that had to be replaced after his run, and bar ends WTF. The brakes are hard to tell maybe Gravity Research rim crushers and vintage brake bosses. It still looks beautiful and in its time was a solid race rig.

And if they had cut him we'd all be sitting around saying something about lack of loyalty. I don't think the fire for WC wins burns as bright in the belly of Peaty as it once did, but I'm all for figuring out a productive way for athletes to transition after the better years are past. Hopefully he can mentor the youth and get them up to speed, at least faster than the rat has.

Let's see if this makes sense. The second sentence of the frenchies describes the locals of plumas county. If you go check out Mills Peak. It's about an 8 mile descent losing almost 3000 feet, very little up, and built by the SBTS crew.
