Nice looking ride and a great frame choice
That belt needs to be tensioned properly though.

Sideshow: Here's a shot of another bike of mine, which uses the same configuration. I added some heat shrink on top of the Pinion barrel adjuster - noodle interface to keep any water from seeping in but that's not necessary if you don't live in an area where there's rain on one day and freezing temperatures on the other https://www.dropbox.com/s/qypk4ohqzynol6v/IMG_1642.JPG?dl=0

Thanks! Actually I spied this from somewhere else also. Might have been an article on Nicolai ION GPI... It's strange that Pinion hasn't made their own solution for this because the adjusting barrels really are vulnerable and their direction creates a lot of extra cable length.

Yes they are. They allow the line to make tighter turn as it normally exits straight trom the front of the shifter.
