@thegromit About the short trail section, remember that you can always ride the full run (which can be good for the pace) and then cut the section accordingly. You can do it in 3 ways: 1) Apply a selection from the stack or suspension view > Click the "Sync" button on the desired charts/summary/autoTuning to see the applied selection only...

In your position, I would certainly try one approach, then try the second approach as well, to understand how the changes are reacting. Note everything down so you can return to the original point before trying the second option. If you want to reduce the compression speed on the rear (to match the front ones), I would try by increasing...

Thanks for pointing this out. Looks like the last columns are not properly shown. i checked the other combinations (SUSP/WHEEL - %/mm) and they're fine. We'll fix it in the next release.

I don’t have the full run in front of me, but based on what’s shown here, I can echo the suggestions from @TheSuspensionLabNZ and @carlinojoevideo. 1) SAG looks fine, but it could probably be improved (playing with air and compression). 2) I’d try better to balance rebound and compression between the front and rear. You can go either way: speed...

Hello @thegromit , Nice that you started using the system! Ouch for the broken part, but don't worry... our uniballs are removable, so not a big issue! With other sensors, you'd be throwing this it in the trash can (or using alternative/creative mounting options), but with our design, you'll just need to unscrew the remaining part of the broken uniball...

Hello @mattattostown , Yes I confirm that with the BYB Telemetry software, it's possible to use the reverse leverage calculation (using a linear sensor). We're currently adding the integration for angle sensors too. Best, Enrico

Sure! Feel free to do that. For the Specialized Demo, I should have the drawings for custom steel bolts with integrated M3 threads. Otherwise, there's the classic option of drilling and tapping the screws.

Yes, we installed these sensors on the Supernought and Dreadnought. On the Supernought, a team finds a way to install the regular 80mm (custom design shorter than standard designs). Since we're manufacturing our own linear sensors, we produced some shorter custom 65mm sensors for a customer. They were made custom and fitted on the Dreadnought. We should have a couple...

Yes, there's a small cutout so you can install the coil spring adapter without removing the bottom plate/spring. It's enough to unscrew the spring and fit it into position. In general, the coil spring adapter is not twisting, but it depends on the shock/spring and several other factors. You can also consider using some double-sided tape to stick it. We're...

Hello @brook.mitchell.7 , Thanks for your feedback! 1. Bluetooth is on board on the V3 Pro. Indeed, you can connect to a power meter or heart rate sensor to get data from them. Bluetooth is only fine for getting data from these sensors (at 1Hz), but it's not feasible at all for a file transfer because it will be too...

The BYB Telemetry V3 version is designed as a more basic and easy-to-use solution, including only essential features. In general, V3 users are focused on quick insights rather than exporting or working with raw data. The Pro version, on the other hand, includes all advanced features, such as raw data export in CSV format, to meet the needs of users...

Hello @Primoz , I'm personally coding both the software and the app. Making a new release the day before something is happening would not be an issue. By the way, nothing will happen. Best, Enrico

Hello, Thanks for the thoughtful feedback — totally valid concerns. We get that investing in tech like this can feel risky, especially with how quickly things can change. Our goal is to make sure, if something happens, you always have access to your data, even without our app. It won’t become a paperweight. We’ve been around for years (we own...

Hello @sethimus, The ability to export raw data is available exclusively in the BYB Telemetry Pro version. We’ve designed our product this way to keep the basic version more accessible, while offering advanced features like raw data export to users who need deeper analysis and more flexibility.

Hello @sethimus, mainly because it's a different hardware with a lower sampling rate and, in general, lower capabilities. Also, this version wants to be more entry-level by removing advanced data analysis and tabs.
