There's still plenty of east coast riding left. Diablo was just one of many great parks. If you're heading south enough to get to 7 Springs, might as well drive another couple of hours south and hit up Snowshoe as well. Elevation, rocks, roots, and a very high chance you'll be needing your mud spikes.
