Brake mounts, cable guides, and that brace between seatstay and chainstay on the brake side all grinded off. Dropouts slotted in about 5-6mm and then chopped at the ends. 1cm lopped off the seattube. Built bombproof and light at 24.38 pounds.

Tonic Howie has 14.5" stays, clears a 26". Tubagra and Candida have even shorter.
