Yes because he slammed into a multi-ton crane head first, at almost race speed. Kind of hard to downplay that. Totally different sport, speed risks and scenarios.You are trying to compare a multi-billion dollar sport were the top teams are valued over a billion dollars and the top two drivers make 100 million a year before all bonuses to MTB... really. They carry their own insurance, pay into a insurance pool and the teams usually insure the drivers as well. It has nothing to do with Bernie/ F1.
