If you cut something by 100%, that leaves nothing, so does 200% mean that it is now a perpetual motion device, but for going in reverse?

YES! Not only a sick build, but I LOVE the way you customized the look. That polished crown is very cool. I run a Mezzer too, and couldn't justify the cost of the silver ltd version, but THIS... Very nicely done
