@Dingo...cheers on the slow mend...another 4-6 weeks to full strength...then about 5-6 months time the surgeon takes the plate and scews out...then down time again while screw holes fill up with bone... pics on my profile... ride on everyone !

I have just done something similar...few weeks back i spent the morning building a couple of new jumps into a DH track we built last year...anyway...work done,grabbed the bikes...i always wear body-armour but because it was such a hot day decided to flag it.... came into the first of the "new" jumps...landed badly ,transition soft as...i assed off...snap crackle pop ! Broken collar-bone...in 3 bits...just had it screwed and plated last week.. All the best Rafi !

i think more people wear armour than before....why?...its cheaper and better fitting than its ever been... also everyone's realising that injury = downtime... bearing that in mind.. I just busted my left collarbone in the weekend into 3 bits!! Super hot day here (southern hemisphere, NZ) 35deg C...anyway chose to take off body armour...landed badly on jump...came off onto shoulder...

yep way to slow...speed is your friend in this case...don't worry though alot of us (me) have done this...keep up the progression...go fast and soon you'll nail it. Happy New Year
