Give people some freedom. Let people exercise their right to adventure. Americans are so twisted when it comes to rules especially ones (e-bikes) that aren't hurting anyone. I would probably never ride one, but I am not going to judge the man next to me who is. Let him ride his toy who wants to because we should all be free to ride whatever we want and build whatever the F we want too.
