Did the Reverb Stealth routing myself because I can't stand having the hose exposed on the non-stealth model and the frame does not come compatible with stealth dropper posts. End result is much tidier.

Did you use the original little drain hole on fame for the routing the Reverb Stealth?

I was going to use that hole but ended up going through slightly off to the right which made a slightly better line for the hose coming up from underneath. The carbon is very thick in this area.

I tested it with a shaft on mine and look ok inside the seat tube most right in the middle...but not sure about drilling it...need to think about the warranty...this mod is kind of poker...but for sure Reverb Stealth is the best option for a tidier look

Yeah, I spoke with Kevin Walsh (owner/designer at Evil Bikes) about the modification before I did it to get his thoughts and he thought it would be fine especially given that it is in a fairly low stress area. He did say that it would void any warranty but I purchased the frame second-hand anyway so it didn't really bother me. It hasn't failed yet so fingers crossed!!

I don't understand why Evil didn't made directly the cable routing instead of that drain hole in place. But it is definetly a low stress and very thick area where hole is already existing so I don't think it will cause any issue.

I never had any trouble with it under my ownership and a few years of trouble free riding. I've since sold the bike so can't for sure if it's still going or not.
