Elliott takes no rest in the mid season break in the race calendar. Pro EWS rider Elliott Heap drops into the gym during his mid season break for a quick training session to maintain some speed and power for the second half of the season. The focus of this session came from feedback from Elliott on how the EWS tracks had changed slightly this year with some long sprints and a requirement for more power on the pedals with 1 minute + uphill pedals.
