Awesome DH rig! Orange's workmanship is beautiful. Great photos too.

Funny that you never tried Cushcore, because I think you just wrote a salespitch for them. Rim protection, sidewall support, and not shrinking or losing function over time are the main selling points of Cushcore over other tire inserts. I used to run DH tires without inserts on my trail bike, but was still folding tires and denting rims. I tried Huck Norris and it worked for a while but I experienced all the same drawbacks you described. Now I’m running DH tires and Cushcore in the rear and I’m happy as a clam. That's great to hear! Yep! We're huge proponents of running the Cush! We've had no issues with Cush whatsoever. We can send you pics of a couple different tire profiles- I've been running Maxxis 2.3 Minion DHF's and now a 2.5 DHF WT and a 2.4 Rekon WT with no issues. Actually I just swapped from a DHR myself. Thanks again for the...

Great question! Rim Weight: 460 +/- 20g and the weight for the wheelset will vary depending on hub choice and spoke choice, but we're inline with other carbon wheelset of similar layup.

We're a custom hand built company and will vary the spokes for individual riders. With that said, we have been using "silver" spokes to help identify the lacing pattern. The images on the site have not been updated to reflect some of these changes, but rest assure the rim profiles have not changed. We can, however, apply the patented lacing technique to different rims and rim profiles. Finally...
