You know, I actually haven't had any issues with them. I rode these tires all weekend down at the old rampage site this past weekend and they held up well. They are set up tubeless and I didn't burp one time. Plus, its worth the risk for the gumwalls... they look sick haha and I got them for 45 a piece off of biketiresdirect.com

Solitude does not allow them, YET. Currently, Snowbasin, Park City, Canyons, Brighton, and Beaver Mountain allow them in Utah.. Maybe Brian Head as well but I am not for sure on that.
