It's pretty simple. you just need a 8mm hex to insert on the driver side arm and unthread it there, it will remove the drive side arm and ring. and just pull the non drive side off.

Honestly, because they were the only cables I had available hehe. I now have it with red cables and put those Gold (I know they look yellow but promise you they are gold haha) on my wives SB66
