Help Needed Near Black Diamond, WA

Greetings.

I have a bike that uses a 7.825x2.25 (200x57) rear shock and I've been wanting to try out a different shock on it.

I found this shock, https://www.facebook.com/share/1BB3ieY8Ao/, but the seller absolutely refuses to mail the thing to where I live despite me offering to pay for the shipping. The few people I know in Washington are not able to travel and pick it up.

Is there anyone here who knows a guy (who knows a guy) near this area who can pick up this shock and mail it to me in AK?
