Hi-5 Bike Co. presents: THE SPACEWALK - Titanium Super Modern Dirt Jumper.
I had 10 made, I love mine a lot, it’s still a great ride and we are down to one frame left.
I was asking $2500, each frame cost $2600 each to make.
I’m listing this for $1000 now. Lowest yet!!!
This frame is sick- and it is titanium.
and it is Looooooong. and low. of course its low.
And light. Really light. Really smooth.
Shit, it just makes me happy.
It’s been over 10 years since I made these, and it still makes me happy every time I get on it. Which is pretty often with all the new jump parks and pump tracks near my house……
Hi-5 bikes:
Limited Edition run of our Super Modern Long and Low, TRUE Extra Large sized dirt jumper design.
This frame features standard Dirt Jumper specs:
*135 rear hub spacing, on super compact dropouts.
*Straight 44mm upper and lower head tube diameters for both tapered and straight steerer forks.
*Threaded English 73mm Bottom bracket spacing for all standard MTB Bottom brackets and crank spindles.
*Microdrive specific 28t dm max chainring size
We made these frames for the taller riders and then packed the Spacewalk full of high end design and materials features:
*Super short chain stays: 15.25 inches or 390mm.
*Extra long "TRUE LARGE' top tube dimensions: 24 inch or 610mm.
*Super low bottom bracket drop of 25mm.
*Slack-ish head tube angle for high speed stability and trail dominance.
*Runs 24 inch or 26 inch wheels with ease.
*Internal top tube brake cable routing and a nice little clip on the stay.
*Custom Sandblasted frame with High polished Graphics and Decals. No stickers.
*Custom Hi-5 Headbadge.
*Optimized Titanium Tube-set welded in Portland Oregon by the best in the Titanium business. They also have nice beards.
*Total Frame weight of 3.15 lbs or 1.42kg
I had 10 of these frames TIG welded for me. To my spec. I think they came out great.
I had been riding regular and nice dirt jumpers for years at that point, but my favorite was the XL EVIL FACTION, except it was STILL, just.too. short. for me. (At 6,4)
So the idea to make this frame was to get my knees off the bars. If you're 6-4 and have had that feeling that DJ bikes COULD BE so raD, BUT are all TOO SMALL, this is the frame for you.
I apologize in advance for making it TITANIUM first. I found out that for all the people that want a long dj, fewer of them want to pay for Ti.
Still, we have sold 8 and I have mine, which was the point after all, right?
SO: there is one of these frames left. It’s not a blem, or overstock, it’s simply THE LAST ONE.
and its waiting for you to build it up real nice.

Unfortunately //fortunately we have sold them all.
Quite a brilliant bike, quirks and all.
