Good afternoon two wheel family! I'm sure most of you are going stir crazy just like me. Those lunch or after work road or Mtb rides have came to a sudden stop and the calories are adding up. I wanted to let everyone know that I'm just like you! I have a Wife, two boys, a small business so keeping my mind in a place to train isn't easy. I reached out to a good friend and trainer to some top guys John Wessling for some stationary bike workouts for you to do at home. My wife has also put together some workouts for your wife to do so that booty doesn't go flat in the next two months haha.
These times are uncertain and I'm trying my best to keep my business going, but I feel giving back can only keep my mind and body in the right place.
I hope to see you guys back on the trails or races soon.

I heard about John Wessling, but I've never tried his fitness programs. Are they good for women as well? My wife wants to join me during my workouts, so I'm looking for something we can do together (not every day, I guess). I’ve been managing my diabetes, and staying active is key. I buy Ozempic online and it has helped with my blood sugar, but regular exercise keeps me feeling better overall. I’d love to try something we can both do at home to stay healthy.
Sexy time!!
