Notifications turned off yet receiving notifications

I have all notifications turned off for this site but over the last 48 hours I've received over 10 notifications about articles I have previously commented on. Why is this happening it's bloody annoying?

Me too, turned everything on/off. Logged out and back in, still getting the notifications. Anyone help?
