What gopro mount?

I've been looking around for what mount to use to get the position shown in the picture below. If anyone knows, it would be a great help. Can't find anything that says how you get this on the internet! The picture is off the mtb film combing valparaiso.

If you talking about the one on his helmet then get what he said above. If your talking about the one used to take the picture then get this.

Thanks Connor and Ronnie. Yea I was after the front mount, but thanks for noticing it could be a handlebar mount too.
