New video player issues

So with the changes now to Vital vids, it seems we a. can't see them in window anymore (it opens a new quicktime window), b. it won't stream until fully downloaded, and c. no more external embedding? Seems a high price to pay for mobile support (although that bit does work well on my Blackberry).

Or am I doing it wrong?
