What up guys, I couldn't believe how many people I saw out on a trail today not wearing helmets.. It amazes me that some people don't wear them, I can understand not wearing shin pads and stuff like that but a helmet... Come on! I highly suggest if you are one of those people to at least read up on helmets and look into buying one. Geez. Don't be stupid and just look into it at least. Helmets are a must.

Not wearing a helmet is the dumbest idea ever, and I think Mike Aitken is a great example for why everyone should wear a helmet if you are still not convinced take a look at this video.
