So my local trails were burned. State Patrol Trails in WA. The weather has been very dry here and there has been many fires around WA... The fire burned over 1,000 acres. I havent taken my bike there yet, but another rider told me that the trails are fine, and that you can see the trail better because there is no brush. I was initially upset because since they brought dozers and stuff, I thought the trails would be destroyed. I will check it out tommarrow.

I went today. A part of the trails on the outside are ruined from the bulldozer, some of the wooden jumps are burned, and that's mainly it. The only thing's that need to be done are clean the trails from all the brush laying on it, build some new wooden jumps, and make some new trails on the sides.

I feel your pain. I've been digging trails near my house for 6 years, they were logged a couple of months ago. I sort of got off easy, because they spared many of the features, but I still haven't really put in the work to get them back to where they were. Kinda ruined my mojo for a bit.

Wow man that sucks! Building for 6 years and then some of it gets ruined by man.
