Diving Deeper: Stage 2 of Our EXT Suspension Testing in Sanremo

Following an initial shakedown in the UK, where we dialed in a solid base setting, our second test session with EXT Suspension took things to another level. This time, we hit the legendary, rock-strewn tracks of Sanremo, Italy, for a deep dive into the finer details. With the expert support of EXT’s engineers, Joe Breeden put in the hours to refine the setup, pushing the suspension to its limits on some of the roughest terrain around.

Fine-Tuning with the Experts

If the UK session was about finding a strong foundation, Sanremo was about unlocking the full potential of the system. EXT’s technicians were on hand every step of the way, analyzing feedback, making adjustments, and ensuring that every click and tune translated into real-world gains. The level of detail in this test showcases how pro riders and engineers collaborate to chase ultimate performance.

Speed and Precision

Sanremo’s brutal terrain doesn’t forgive mistakes. This session highlights not just the technical side of suspension tuning but also some mind-blowing riding from Joe Breeden. Threading the needle through jagged rock gardens at high speeds, run after run for 5 days, delivering super consistent runs, and reliable feedback.
