My PROGRESSION This Year STARTS HERE | Coached Episode 1

As I've hit a plateau in my MTB Enduro progression, I've decided to partner up with a MTB Coach. I've found Johan from Trailfit / Bikes 'n Brains, who I think will be the perfect coach for me. Not only has he won the Swedish Enduro Series (in the 40+ category), but I also find his approach to MTB Coaching very interesting.

In this video Johan holds an initial interview with me, as a start of our partnership.

This will be a year long series where you'll be able to tag along and see what a professional MTB coaching program can look like, and what results it can lead to. Cause I'm really hoping that this will up my enduro game alot during the season. But who knows if MTB coaching can deliver on the hype?
