Easton Haven 35 stem (55mm)

The Good:

Strong, light, and one hell of a looker!

The Bad:

It's hard to find in stores or online.

Overall Review:

It's my favorite stem of all time because of its light weight, strength, high-quality workmanship, and cool-looking graphics. I don't know the exact weight, but I cannot imagine anything lighter and/or stronger. I love the high-quality look of the Haven. The mill marks and shiny--yet-understated finish screams quality and workmanship.  Regarding the graphics...

I have two Haven 55 stems of different vintage.  Both look identical with the exception of the color of the graphics.  The older of the two has white and beige "Easton Haven" graphics, while the newer one is in black.  I prefer the one in black, though both look super cool.  The attention to detail is amazing!  I love the shiny-yet-understated finish and the mill marks.

The only negative is that the Haven 31.8 is hard to find.  I needed a 70mm, so I bought a Race Face Turbine 35 stem.  I like it slightly less, mainly because the shot-peen finish seems cheap compared to the Haven.  It's also noticeably heavier.

one stiff stem

The Good:

light enough, good looking, quality

The Bad:

more color options needed

Overall Review:

I bought this at the end of last season in the all black 55mm and it is a perfect size. This thing is stiff, hasnt moved yet, holds my carbon bars with carbon past crap with no movement and light weight enough. It comes in multiple sizes so you should be able to find the length you like. Easy to install as well.
