-Grippy and comfortable
-Feels secure, even if I missplace my foot a little
-Did I say light?
-Super low profile
-Pins screw in from the back and are adjustable length
-Oh, and also, they are light.
-80kg rider weight limit
-Maybe too much grip at times? (I might need to put in some shims on the pins)
-Un-affordable
I put mine on my DH-bike 2 seasons ago and haven't had any problems with them. I service them once a year during winter with cleaning and regreasing which is really easy to do.
I've had plenty of rock strikes and they're still going strong. Better durability than flat pedals I've had before (Saints, DMR V12MAG, Spank Spike), the lower profile might be a reason.
I love the fact that the pins are screwed in from the back and can be adjusted in length with shims that come mounted.
Yes, they cost a lot of money, they are not for everyone and I fully agree with anyone who thinks I'm stupid to buy them. But If you can afford them and the rest of your bike can match their bling-factor. Why not? Also they are a lot cheaper than a lot of clip-in pedal and shoe combos. (I swear by my 5.10's)
