BMC has introduced a new, beefier version of the Speedfox, the Speedfox Trailcrew. With a slacker head tube, lower BB, and shorter chainstays, plus 650b wheels and a RockShox Pike RC Solo Air 150mm, the Speedfox Trailcrew is for riders who like to play as much above the trail as they do on it.
With relatively short stays, 150mm of travel and a 66.5-degree head angle, the new Speedfox Trailcrew looks to be aimed at the fun side of the sport as opposed to a full on race-machine. The bike should still have pretty quick handling but is slack enough to tackle gravity driven trails. The reach has stayed consistent from it's 29'r brother and remains pretty roomy. All in all it looks to be a fun bike with good numbers.
